We have several wedding packages to choose from - because not every couple has the same wants and needs! From fully customizable wedding packages to all-inclusive & low-stress packages, 200 guest weddings to 20 guest elopements.... we have something for every couple!

the cedar package

The Cedar Package is all about being able to customize every detail of your wedding day - from the ability to book your own vendors to customizing your table layout to bringing in your own decor.

The Cedar Package is designed to be as least confusing as possible - our pricing includes everything at the facility and is the same price regardless of your guest count. This leaves you without the worries of hidden fees or unpleasant surprises. The only add-on option we have available are from our extensive decor collection (which you can choose to rent from or not!)

Most importantly, the Cedar Package is designed for you, your family, and your bridal party to be able to sit back and actually ENJOY the day. We are able to accomplish this by curating an amazing team of coordinators, assistants, and clean up crews to seamlessly pull off the wedding of your dreams without you or your loved ones raising a finger on the big day. Our biggest goal is for YOU to enjoy YOUR day.
DESCRIPTION
The ideal package for the couple that wishes to customize every detail of their day. This package is for a max of 200 guests.
12 hour time Frame
Access to the venue for 12 hours for set up, the event, and cleanup. Event/Music must end by 10:30pm, and a minimum of 1 hour is reserved for cleanup.
Rehearsal
A 1 hour rehearsal time slot the week of the event.
Photo Session
2 hours of access to the property for engagement or bridal photos prior to the event.
Tables, CHairs, & Tablecloths
Your choice of round and/or banquet guest tables, wooden folding chairs, ivory tablecloths, cocktail tables, and any other tables you may need. All of which will be set up and broken down by Cedar Hill.  
The Wooded Ceremony Space
Access to our wooded ceremony space which includes bench seating, shepherd hooks down the aisle, and a cedar arbor.
Access to our Decor Catalog
You'll have the option to rent decor from our extensive decor catalog. You can choose to rent everything from us, a few things from us, or nothing at all! It's up to you.
Security Detail
Security detail present throughout the event - included in the price! 
Month of Coordinator
A hands-on experienced month-of-coordinator that will handle all the details of your event. Approx 30 days prior to the event they will assist you in creating a floor plan, going over decor & design details, creating a timeline, laying out your ceremony, and reaching out to all your vendors.
On the big day they will communicate with all vendors, set up & decorate, direct the ceremony and reception, and lead the clean up.
a dream venue team
We are a hands on venue- meaning that we have an entire team to assist the coordinator with setting up and cleaning up! This means that you get to actually ENJOY your own event. (That's how it should be, right?!)  At the end of the night, you will only be responsible for the items that do not belong to Cedar Hill.

the all-inclusive package

The all-inclusive package is perfect for two types of couples: couples that don't want the stress of planning an event and couples that are keeping a close eye on their budget.  By working closing with our favorite vendors - we are able to provide a both stress-free wedding AND a more budget friendly option! This package is the perfect mix of *just* enough options to choose from to make your event uniquely your own.

This package includes just about everything you need for your big day - a wide selection of in-house decor to choose from, a catered meal, dessert, a DJ, Florals, a coordinator, and the best in-house team to pull the whole event off flawlessly!

So, if you are loving the idea of picking out some options from the best vendors around and showing up to your wedding....you've found the right package.
DESCRIPTION
The ideal package for the couple that wants a no-stress all-inclusive event while staying on budget. This package is for a max of 150 guests.
10 hour time Frame
Access to the venue for 10 hours: 3.5 hours for for set up, 5.5 hours for the ceremony and reception, and 1 hour for cleanup. Event/Music must end by 10:30pm and cleanup must end by 11:30pm.
Rehearsal
A 1 hour rehearsal time slot the week of the event.
Photo Session
2 hours of access to the property for engagement or bridal photos prior to the event.

Includes a professional DJ that will handle all sound for your ceremony and reception. You will be able to talk with them about your preferred type of music for all parts of the event.

Includes a catered meal for you and all your guests! We have three menu tiers to choose from - just pick which tier fits you and your needs!
Dessert
Includes dessert for you and all your guests! We have three dessert tiers for you to choose from - just pick which tier fits you and your needs!
Place Settings
Includes disposiable place settings for you and all your guests. We give you three options to choose from!  
Drinks
Includes a selection of drinks for you and all your guests! We have three tiers for you to choose from (some of which include beer and wine.) - just pick which tier fits you and your needs!  
Florals
IWe have three floral tiers for you to choose from - just pick which tier fits you and your needs!
Grand Exit
A grand sparkler exit for you and your guests is included in the package

the ceremony package

The modern wedding isn't for everyone.
If you just want a beautiful place to marry your favorite person with all your loved ones around you - you've found the right package.
**This package is only available if the event is less than 6 months away**
DESCRIPTION
The ideal package for the couple that wishes to have a traditional ceremony.
This package is for a max of 100 guests
2 hour time Frame
Access to the venue for 2 hours to have your ceremony and take plenty of pictures on the property.
Rehearsal
A 1 hour rehearsal time slot the week of the event.
The Wooded Ceremony Space
Access to our wooded ceremony space which includes bench seating, shepherd hooks down the aisle, and a cedar arbor.
Ceremony Decor
You'll have the option to pick out some basic decor for your ceremony from our decor catalog - or hire a florist to do your arbor decor.
Month of Coordinator
A hands-on experienced month-of-coordinator that will handle all the details of your event. Approx 30 days prior to the event they will assist you in going over decor & design details, creating a timeline, and laying out your ceremony.

the elopement package

No Stress. No Fuss.
Get married to your favorite person, cut your cake, and take beautiful photos around the property.
**This package is only available on select 'Elopement Days', which are listed at the bottom**
DESCRIPTION
The ideal package for the couple that wishes to have a simple elopement. This package is for a max of 25 guests.
2 hour time Frame
Access to the venue for 2 hours to have your ceremony and take plenty of pictures on the property.
Choose between 3 elopement spaces
Choose between our Wooded Ceremony Space, the Gazebo in the Pines, or inside the Venue in front of our glass wall.
Refreshments for your guests
A selection of mini-cupcakes, water, and lemonade for your guests to enjoy.
Wedding Cake & Champagne
You'll have a 6" wedding cake to cut and a bottle of Champagne to toast.
Photography
Photography by Paige Alisa Photography for the entire two hour time frame. Edited images will be emailed to you along with printing rights.
Ordained minister
Includes an ordained minister, so that you will be *officially* married!
Coordinator
A hands-on experienced coordinator that will handle all the details of your event. Approx 30 days prior to the event they will meet with you and go over any details.
