the half day

The Half Day package is designed for those smaller and less complicated events - anything from birthday parties, anniversary parties, bridal showers, celebration of life, or business events.  This package is meant to be customizable - which means you can bring in your own vendors, decide the table layout, and decorate.  We will handle the set up & break down of any items owned by Cedar Hill (tables, chairs, decor, etc.), and you and your vendors will handle whatever is left! 

**Disclaimer**
This package is not available to book unless the event date within the next 6 months. This package is NOT for weddings or wedding receptions, as weddings are a much more complex event. Additional time added to the package is not allowed.
DESCRIPTION
The ideal package for smaller and less complicated events. This package has a capacity of 100 guests.
6 hour time Frame
Access to the venue for 6 hours for set up, the event, and cleanup. A minimum of 1 hour must be reserved for clean up at the end of the time frame. (We do not allow the addition of extra hours for this package, it is a strict 6 hour timeframe)
Tables, CHairs, & Tablecloths
Your choice of round and/or banquet guest tables, wooden folding chairs, and ivory tablecloths for a max of 100 guests. Cocktail tables, buffet tables, and other accessory tables are also included.  All of which will be set up and broken down by Cedar Hill.  
Access to our Decor Catalog
You'll have the option to rent decor from our extensive decor catalog. You can choose to rent everything from us, a few things from us, or nothing at all! It's up to you.
Security Detail
Security detail present throughout the event - included in the price! 
Event Coordinator
A hands-on experienced event coordinator that will handle all the details of your event. Approx 30 days prior to the event they will assist you in creating a floor plan, going over decor & design details, and reaching out to all your vendors.

On the day of the event they will communicate with all vendors, set up tables & chairs prior to your arrival, decorate any items rented from Cedar HIll, and lead the clean up.

Friday or Sunday - $3,000

the meeting

The meeting package is designed for anyone needing a larger meeting space for their business or networking event. Set up of decor or vendors is not permitted with this package, with the exception of a catered lunch.
DESCRIPTION
The ideal package for any business or networking meeting. This package is only available during the week between the hours of 9:00 am-6:00 pm
Access to venue
Access to the venue for an hourly rate.
Tables & CHairs
Your choice of round and/or banquet tables and wooden folding chairs for up to 200 people. All of which will be set up and broken down by Cedar Hill.  
Sound System
A sound system with a microphone is available for an additional cost.
2024 Price
Monday-Friday:
Hourly rate of $100 /hour.
Minimum of 2 hours required.

the holiday

This package is perfect for those that want to take the stress out of planning the Holiday Party this year.  This is perfect for any group: Family, Friends, or Co-workers!  In this package we set up all tables and chairs and decorate for you.  

 This package is ONLY for holiday events and NOT available for weddings or wedding receptions, as those events are much more involved.   Additional time to this package can NOT be added.

6 hour time Frame
Access to the venue for 6 hours for set up, the event, and cleanup. A minimum of 1 hour must be reserved for set up and 1 hour for clean up at the end of the time frame.

Your choice of a 'cocktail style' event for up to 250 guests or a sit down dinner for up to 200 guests. Choice of round and/or banquet guest tables, wooden folding chairs, and ivory tablecloths. Cocktail tables, buffet tables, and other accessory tables are also included.  All of which will be set up and broken down by Cedar Hill.  
Holiday Decor
The venue and tables will be pre-decorated in classic holiday decor - Christmas greenery, candlesticks, and lanterns.
Set Up & Break Down
Cedar Hill will handle all set up and breakdown of tables, chairs, and decor.
Sound System
A sound system that includes a microphone and light holiday background music.
Catering
Catering is available upon request for an additional cost. You are also welcome to choose your own licensed and insured caterer.
Event Coordinator
A hands-on experienced coordinator that will handle all the details of your event. Approx 30 days prior to the event they will assist you in going over table layout, decor, and timeline details.
2024 Price
Only available in the month of December.
